Yes, that's exactly the type of site I love. In fact, that's why I list it in my blogroll. I tend not to list both a blog address and a website address with the hope that people will track back and forth between someone's blog and website (if they are different). I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for, but his book, 'When The Darkness Will Not Lift', got me through some very dark times in my own depression.
