4E Ministry Training Strategy

Dear Christian Leader,

The passion of RPM Ministries is to equip Christian leaders to fulfill their Ephesians 4:11-16 calling to equip the Body of Christ. Dr. Kellemen has spent over a quarter century equipping Christian leaders to change lives with Christ’s changeless truth. His equipping ministry as a pastor in three churches, his training of over 1,000 pastors/counselors, his conference ministry, his consulting with churches, para-church groups, colleges, and seminaries, his leadership in Christian counseling, and his books all equip him to equip you to equip others.

Christian leaders are passionate about equipping spiritual friends, lay counselors, and lay care givers. However, most leaders are terrified about the training process—fearing legal issues, quality of care matters, training material questions, supervisory difficulties, and many additional legitimate and complex concerns.

Step-by-step, Dr. Kellemen walks hand-in-hand with local church and para-church leadership to empower them to move forward confidently, boldly, wisely, lovingly, and biblically. Christian leaders learn from Dr. Kellemen the “4 E” Ministry Training Strategy. Specifically, they learn how to:

  • Envision God’s Ministry
  • Enlist God’s Ministers for Ministry
  • Equip Godly Ministers for Ministry
  • Employ/Empower Godly Ministers for Ministry

The following material outlines the entire training process in detail.

You can choose from among four consulting plans.

  • Alpha Plan: Ten hours of advising work on how to relate the current state of your local church to the four-step process of envisioning, enlisting, equipping, and employing/empowering.
  • Beta Plan: Twenty-five hours of advising work on how to relate the current state of your local church to the four-step process of envisioning, enlisting, equipping, and employing/empowering with a plan for assessing congregational needs, dreaming God’s dream, preparing the congregation for change, promoting the ministry, equipping through content, character, competence, and community, plus implementing ministries, overseeing ministries, and protecting ministries (legal issues).
  • Gamma Plan: Fifty-hours of advising work on how to relate the current state of your local church to the four- step process of envisioning, enlisting, equipping, and employing/empowering with a detailed plan for assessing congregational needs, dreaming God’s dream, preparing the congregation for change, promoting the ministry, equipping through content, character, competence, and community, plus implementing ministries, overseeing ministries, and protecting ministries (legal issues). This includes an on-site visit, a detailed written plan, and equipping the local church leadership to implement their own ministry development strategy.
  • Delta Plan: On-call advising by the hour. Like the IT “Geek Squad,” Dr. Kellemen is available for “as needed” consultation when a crisis arises, or when you have specific questions/issues you need addressed.

You can receive details regarding fee structures for each plan by contacting Dr. Kellemen.

In Christ’s Grace,

Robert W. Kellemen, Ph.D., LCPC
